Chamber Music Week
2025

28.9.-5.10.2025 (working phase in Monte­pul­ciano)

Our chamber music week brings toge­ther advanced students on the artistic degree programme to work inten­si­vely on selected works and perform them in a public concert. Appli­ca­tions or requests for parti­ci­pa­tion can be submitted by indi­vi­dual students or groups. Ariadne Daska­lakis (violin, artistic director) is respon­sible for the orga­ni­sa­tion.

Programme and concept:

An inten­sive chamber music week for various instru­ments in mixed groups
Coaching sessions with our lectu­rers
Each student plays in at least two groups
public concerts at the end of the week.

 

Regis­tra­tion infor­ma­tion:

  • Regis­tra­tions are open from Mai 2025.
  • The follo­wing are required for regis­tra­tion: certi­fi­cate of enrol­ment; degree programme and major subject; a short state­ment on previous chamber music expe­ri­ence and moti­va­tion.
    Reper­toire requests can be submitted when regis­te­ring; these will be taken into conside­ra­tion where possible.

The follo­wing NOTES apply to parti­ci­pa­tion:

The costs for the transfer to Monte­pul­ciano (currently planned: joint group arrival and depar­ture by coach over­night) and for the accom­mo­da­tion of the parti­ci­pants in flats on site will be borne by the College. Cate­ring costs (cooking faci­li­ties avail­able in the flats) are borne by the parti­ci­pants. Students pay a personal cont­ri­bu­tion of 130 euros to secure their parti­ci­pa­tion.
